The Upper Cumberland Mother's of Multiples 2010 Fall "Twice as Nice" Kid's Consignment Sale will be Wednesday, September 22nd 7:00am-7:00pm, Thursday & Friday, September 23rd & 24th 8:00am-7:00pm, and Saturday, September 25th 8:00am-4:00pm at 1435 Interstate Drive. Our sale is a great place to buy clothing, equipment, toys and other necessities for your 1, 2, 3, 4 or more children. We sell gently used items at a fraction of their original price.

The Upper Cumberland Mother's of Multiples is a Non-Profit Organization. We offer our consignors an 80/20% split. We also offer to a limited number of consignors the option of earning a 90/10% split and the ability to shop the worker pre-sale in exchange for working a five hour shift during the sale. Club earnings go directly to local charities in our community and to help support the UCMOM. We accept maternity clothes and children's clothes preemie up to children's size 18, all seasons! **************Consignment Sale Rules**************
1. Two sales will be conducted each year, one in the spring and one in the fall. There will be a consignor fee of $10 for each seller due at time of reservation.
2. Each item for the sale must be individually marked with a 3x5 index card. All cards must be securely fastened to the item with a safety pin. Each card must contain the following information:
TOP RIGHT CORNER: Price (in 50 cent increments only)
HIGHLIGHTED WITH YELLOW MARKER
MIDDLE: Description of item and size
LOWER RIGHT CORNER: Consignor number
3. Cards should be attached to the right hand side of the clothing item. Items should be hung with the hanger hook pointing to the left. Hangers will not be returned.
4. Items that will be allowed: "All-Season" Children's clothing preemie to size 18 and shoes up to size 4 Youth, maternity clothing, children's books, toys, etc., children's equipment, strollers, carseats, highchairs, etc. NO STUFFED ANIMALS WILL BE ALLOWED, NO TEEN BRAS OR JUNIOR CLOTHING, AND FOR SPRING SALE ONLY: NO WINTER JACKETS, SNOWSUITS OR SNOWBOOTS DUE TO SPACE LIMITATIONS.
5. Drop off date for consignors is Saturday, September 18th 1:00pm-5:00pm. Consignors are responsible for placing their clothing items on designated racks by size and gender. Sale workers may be available to assist consignors with placement of all other items. THERE IS NO ALTERNATE DROP-OFF.
6. We are offering to a limited number of consignors the ability to earn a 90/10% split and shop the worker pre-sale in exchange for working a 5 hour shift. Please contact Monique at 432-2020 or email mcchaphe@twlakes.net for more information.
7. Pre-Sale for workers is Tuesday, September 21st from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, and for consignors 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Each consignor will receive 3 guest passes. Guests may shop the pre-sale from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
8. Profit distribution shall be as follows:
Consignors 80% / UCMOM 20%
or
Worker/Consignor 90% / UCMOM 10%
9. Payments will be mailed to the seller 10 days following the sale. This 10 day period will allow for sufficient time for checks to clear. Once the profits have been tallied, any discrepancy greater than $25 shall be evenly distributed among consignors.
10. Index cards will be returned by request only for an additional $4.00 fee.
11. Small pieces from games, toys, etc. must be placed in Ziplock baggies and then securely attached to its proper partner.
12. The Upper Cumberland Mother's of Multiples shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
13. Pick-up is Sunday, September 26th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Any items left behind will immediately be donated to local charities.

MISCELLANEOUS:
*Remember, clothing sells better when they come in sets and are clean and pressed.
*We reserve the right to refuse any clothing that is dirty, out dated, missing buttons, has broken zippers or has holes or equipment that is dirty or missing pieces.
